Centri Welcomes Maxwell B. Heller as Managing Director

Philadelphia, PA – December 15^th, 2022 – Centri Business Consulting, LLC, one of the industry’s fastest-growing and most respected accounting advisory firms, is excited to announce the addition of a new Managing Director, Maxwell B. Heller, to the firm to lead the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Advisory Practice.

Max brings nearly two decades of mergers and acquisitions consulting experience to his new role with Centri. Over his career, Max has provided consulting services on over 400 transactions and has consulted on deals with enterprise values ranging from $5 million to $6 billion.

As the Managing Director of the company’s M&A Advisory Practice, Max will provide M&A advisory services to private equity firms, venture capital firms, family offices and strategic/corporate clients across the full range of industries serviced by Centri. Driven by a client-first approach, Max will lead Centri’s M&A team in the delivery of comprehensive end-to-end services throughout the M&A lifecycle including buy-side due diligence, sell-side due diligence, sell-side consulting, sell-side readiness, buyer valuation support and working capital analysis/support.

Prior to joining Centri, Max was a Director at RSM US LLP for seven years, where he most recently served as the Deal Strategy North American Practice Leader, specializing in providing full deal lifecycle services such as the development of acquisition strategies, sell-side go-to-market strategy development, enterprise valuation analysis, financial modeling, drafting of marketing materials, and deal management.

Max worked for several years in the Transaction Advisory Service practices of KPMG and PwC, providing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services. He also has five years of experience working with a financial services firm with a focus on high net-worth individual/family wealth management, business consulting, and mergers & acquisitions consulting.

Max received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Susquehanna University. Max is also an executive board member and the treasurer of the Philadelphia chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).
