Adam is the Chief Growth Officer at Centri Business Consulting. In this role, he helps Centri’s clients and team reach their potential through strategic planning, developing new solutions, and reaching new markets in need of the firm’s expertise. Throughout his career, Adam has been dedicated to helping individuals and organizations grow, plan effectively, and achieve their most ambitious goals.

Prior to joining Centri, Adam was the CEO of CPA Crossings, a leading provider of innovative learning and software solutions for accounting firms and professionals. Under his leadership, the company has realized significant growth through major new product and service launches, entering new markets, and the successful integration of CPA Crossings into the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs, where Adam also served as the Chief Operating Officer.

As the COO of PICPA, an 18,000-member association for accounting, finance, and consulting professionals, Adam led enterprise-wide operations, including strategy, people, product, finance, technology, business development, government relations, and more. He led PICPA’s seed round investment and commercial partnership with an AI start-up that is revolutionizing how accounting professionals serve clients and improve their practices.

In the community, Adam serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Mowat-Wilson Syndrome Foundation, a rare disease that his daughter was diagnosed with in 2019. He held key leadership roles with the American Cancer Society, including board service and recognition as the nation’s top advocacy volunteer for the Cancer Action Network.

Adam holds a M.S. in Management & Leadership from The American College of Financial Services and a B.S. in Public Administration from Saint Joseph’s University.
