Amber Armstrong

Amber is a Manager at Centri Business Consulting with more than nine years of experience in risk and control management. She specializes in SOX 404(a) and 404(b) implementations and ongoing SOX management, internal controls and gap assessments, and end‑to‑end process documentation. Amber works with both public and non‑public clients across the manufacturing, healthcare, crypto, and real estate finance industries to design, enhance, and operationalize scalable control environments. Amber joined Centri in June 2021 and supports clients through key stages of SOX readiness, implementation, and maturity, partnering closely with management to align risk mitigation efforts with business operations.

Prior to Centri, Amber spent several years at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where she held roles in Quality Assurance and Risk and Control Management, leading reviews of external reporting processes, internal controls, and supporting systems.

Amber earned a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from West Chester University. She is an alumna of Beta Alpha Psi, the international honor organization for financial information students and professionals.
