Anthony is a Manager at Centri Business Consulting. Anthony has over 6 years of experience in public accounting and auditing. He joined Centri in October 2021, where he assists clients across various industries with SEC financial reporting and various technical research topics. Anthony has substantial experience in accounting for complex transactions and pro forma financial statement presentation and has assisted multiple clients in their IPO &” go-public” process. Anthony also has substantial experience in presenting discontinued operations, implementing ASC 326 (CECL), ASC 606, and ASC 350/360 impairment analyses.

Prior to his time with Centri, Anthony was a Senior Accountant with Santora CPA Group. As a Senior Accountant, he specialized in the preparation of external financial statement audits, reviews, compilations, projections, and the implementation of new standards. Anthony worked with clients in various industries, including construction, retail, software, and biological services.

Anthony received a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Delaware in 2018 and is a Certified Public Accountant.
