Anthony is a Director at Centri Business Consulting. He has more than 9 years of experience in public accounting, private accounting, and consulting services. He joined Centri in November 2019 and assists clients across various industries, specializing in advising clients on the accounting treatment for complex transactions, such as business combinations, issuances of complex debt and equity instruments, and revenue recognition. Anthony also has extensive experience supporting clients with SPAC, IPO, and M&A transactions and filings with the SEC, including 8-K, S-1, S-4, F-4, 10-Q, 10-K, and associated correspondence with the SEC.

Prior to his time with Centri, Anthony was a Senior Accountant at Toll Brothers, where he performed technical accounting documentation for various company transactions. Before his role at Toll Brothers, he spent 3 years in the Assurance Practice at Ernst & Young. There, he led both financial statement audits and integrated audits for large public companies filing with the SEC and audits of privately held companies. His industry focus was primarily companies in the financial services, life sciences, real estate, and medical devices industries.

Anthony received a B.S. in Accounting from Saint Joseph’s University in 2014. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Pennsylvania.
