Ashley Babineaux

Ashley is a Senior Associate at Centri Business Consulting from Houston, Texas. She has more than 6 years of experience in public accounting. She joined Centri in April 2026 and assists clients with SEC financial reporting and technical accounting research.

Prior to her time with Centri, Ashley spent most of her career at PwC in both Houston, Texas and Atlanta, Georgia, where she provided audit and assurance services to public and private clients across various industries, with a focus on energy and utilities. She supported SEC filings, evaluated internal controls under SOX, and worked on complex transactions, including lease accounting (ASC 842) and revenue recognition (ASC 606).

Ashley received a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting from Baylor University.
