Cricket is the Culture and Communications Specialist at Centri Business Consulting. She has more than 3 years of experience in organizational culture, internal communications and employee engagement. She joined in July of 2024 and assists the People team by promoting firm culture and supporting the Firm’s strategic goals.

Prior to her time with Centri, Cricket was a Culture Specialist for Semrush, where she contributed to the development of company culture by engaging in strategic planning, supporting new hire onboarding, corporate event planning, and serving as an internal DEI trainer. During her time at Semrush, she focused on promoting the company’s core values and provided support to employees on a global scale.

Cricket received a B.A. in Corporate Communication from Penn State University.
