Gary is the Senior Director, International Practice at Centri Business Consulting. He has more than 45 years of accounting and audit experience. Gary joined Centri in August 2024 to work closely with the technical accounting team to support UK-based pre-IPO companies in the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq listing process and help UK companies establish a presence and undertake transactions in the US.  Leveraging his deep expertise, he will assist with support for PCAOB audits, valuations, conversions of accounting standards from UK GAAP/IFRS to US GAAP, assistance with tax structuring, and technical accounting memorandums.

Prior to joining Centri, Gary was a partner at BDO UK, LLP, for over 30 years. While leading BDO’s Cambridge office, Gary specialized in advising UK-based clients conducting business in the United States and auditing US GAAP reporting of UK subsidiaries of US corporations.

Gary received a BSc in Mathematics and Chemistry from Keele University.
