James is a Senior Associate at Centri Business Consulting. He has more than 5 years of experience in public accounting and transaction advisory services. James joined Centri in April 2024 to assist clients with SOX 404, revenue recognition, quality of earnings and net working capital analyses.

Prior to joining Centri, James was a Senior Associate at PKF O’Connor Davies, where he performed buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for companies mainly in the technology, financial services, and commercial industries. He has helped clients across a variety of industries, including technology, REITs, commercial/manufacturing, and financial services.

James received a BS and MBA in Accounting from Iona College. He also received an Advanced Certification in International Business from Iona.
