Joe is a Managing Director at Centri Business Consulting and the leader of the firm’s Insurance Practice. He has over 30 years of global leadership experience performing and leading complex regulatory compliance, risk, internal audit, and controls engagements for large multinational companies. Joe is a risk focused and strategic thinker with the expertise to create or transform internal audit departments, identify risks, control weaknesses, and provide mitigation strategies.

Prior to his time with Centri, Joe served property/casualty, life and annuity, and health insurer clients. Joe also has extensive experience with Managing General Agents, Program Administrators and Third Party Claim Administrators. Joe has performed and overseen numerous types of engagements for insurance clients, including SOX, a variety of Internal Audits, Governance, Cyber, Financial Reporting, Actuarial and Reserving, MGA and TPA reviews, Due Diligence, and Tax Controls.

Joe received a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University in 1993. In addition to having an actively licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Joe is a member of the AICPA and previously served on the IIA Philadelphia Board of Directors for 10 years.
