Joseph is a Senior Manager at Centri Business Consulting. He has more than 11 years of experience in public and private accounting. He joined Centri in April 2023 and supports clients with financial reporting and technical accounting.

Prior to his time with Centri, Joseph worked in the assurance practice at PwC, leading both financial statement audits and integrated audits for public companies filing with the SEC and audits of privately held companies in accordance with US GAAP and GAAS standards, PCAOB, and AICPA standards, respectively. He oversaw the auditing of technical accounting and disclosure for complex transactions, such as business combinations, debt transactions, restructuring events, offering registration statements, and the adoption of new accounting standards. He also assisted in evaluating clients’ internal control procedures for both experienced and newly public companies. His focus was primarily on companies in the aerospace and defense, industrial products, and retail industries.

Joseph received a B.S. in Accounting from Rutgers University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey.
