Julia Brines is a Director of Business Development at Centri Business Consulting. She has more than 20 years of business development and relationship management experience in banking, private equity, professional services, and real estate. She joined Centri in January 2024 and is responsible for bringing new client relationships to the firm. Julia specializes in supporting clients by identifying their business challenges and connecting them to solutions that will move them toward their strategic goals.

Prior to her time with Centri, Julia was the Director of Strategic Relationships at Haefele Flanagan PC, where she worked closely with partner companies to build relationships along shared lines of business.  She also focused on identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, including prospective clients, employees, and acquisition opportunities. Julia also worked on many private engagements for clients in a variety of industries, including real estate, manufacturing, distribution, construction, skilled trades, and charity organizations. Her experience focused on assisting small to mid-size companies in the growth and transition stages by introducing solutions to meet their short-term and long-term strategic goals.

Julia received a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from Towson University in 2003.  She also maintains Real Estate Licenses in both NJ and PA. Julia has been a member of the Union League of Philadelphia since 2020 and was appointed as an Ambassador in January of 2024. She also is on the leadership committee for the Real Estate Club and a member of the Yacht Club. Julia has been an Advisory Council member of the Greater Philadelphia YMCA and a Leadership Council member of Maryville Addiction Treatment Services for several years, where she volunteers her time in fund development and organizational awareness.
