Kristi Thomas

Kristi is the Learning & Development Specialist at Centri Business Consulting, where she drives the design and delivery of impactful learning programs focused on technical expertise and leadership development.

Since joining Centri in June 2024, Kristi has played a key role in advancing employee growth through innovative training initiatives. With over 4 years of experience in the broader Human Resources field, Kristi brings a strong background in talent development and organizational learning. Prior to Centri, she supported Talent Management at Subaru of America, where she contributed to strategic programs such as corporate learning sessions, succession planning, talent reviews, leadership competency development, mentoring programs, and other company-wide initiatives. She also partnered with the talent acquisition team to enhance processes, including new hire orientation, interview planning, and quality-of-hire assessments.

Kristi earned her B.A. in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Advocacy from the University of Delaware. She holds the SHRM People Manager Qualification (PMQ) and is currently pursuing the Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) certification through the Association for Talent Development, which emphasizes core competencies essential for success in the talent development profession.
