Kristi is the Learning & Development Coordinator at Centri Business Consulting. She has over 2 years of experience in Human Resources. She joined Centri in June 2024 and supports the development and execution of learning strategies that align with the strategic goals of Centri.

Prior to her time with Centri, Kristi worked in Talent Management Support at Subaru of America. She was responsible for creating a top-tier recruiting service for the hiring managers and candidates. Her role involved planning, organizing, and supporting talent management activities such as corporate learning and training sessions, learning forums, succession planning, talent reviews, leadership competencies, mentoring programs, and other learning and development programs at SOA. She also worked on process improvements for the talent acquisition team such as new hire orientation sessions, interview scheduling, and quality of hire surveys.

Kristi received her B.A. in Environmental Studies with a concentration in advocacy from the University of Delaware in Newark, DE.
