Lin Quan

Lin Quan is a Senior Tax Manager at Centri Business Consulting. She has more than 10 years of experience in corporate tax compliance and ASC 740 tax provision. Lin joined Centri in November 2025 and leads tax advisory and technical accounting engagements, including oversight of provision and compliance work plans for clients ranging from mid-sized businesses to publicly traded corporations. Areas of focus include managing end-to-end compliance, leading ASC 740 provision reviews, preparing and reviewing complex tax technical memos, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver accurate and timely results. Lin also provides leadership in project management, client service, and team development, ensuring quality and efficiency across engagements.

Prior to joining Centri, Lin held roles at BDO, Grant Thornton, Ryan LLC, and Deloitte, where she managed global tax provision processes, SEC reporting, and corporate tax compliance for multinational and public companies across industries such as life sciences, technology, and manufacturing.

Outside of professional work, Lin brings creativity and resilience into everything undertaken. In 2024, Lin was honored to be selected as the only U.S.-based Top 100 finalist in TVB’s “Midlife Singers 3”, Hong Kong’s premier televised Cantonese singing competition – a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to reconnect with cultural roots and share a voice on a global stage. A native speaker of Cantonese and Mandarin and fluent in English, she is a proud working mom and a part-time Zumba instructor, thriving in multilingual, cross-cultural environments and enjoying building meaningful connections across teams and regions.

Lin earned a Master of Science in Taxation and a Master of Accountancy from Golden Gate University. She is a licensed CPA and a member of the AICPA and MassCPA.
