Lorraine Plander
Senior Underwriting Analyst
Lorraine is a Senior Underwriting Analyst at Centri Business Consulting. Lorraine has more than 50 years of experience in insurance underwriting, commercial and personal lines, reinsurance services, department leadership, and operational management. Lorraine joined Altair Associates in 2015 and specializes in insurance and reinsurance services.
Prior to her time with Centri, she held several leadership positions with Country Financial, including Manager of the Central Region Commercial Underwriting Department and Director of Personal and Commercial Underwriting. Earlier roles included Vice President and Branch Manager, Vice President of Commercial Lines, and Senior Underwriter of Commercial Lines at Tri-State Insurance Company, a W. R. Berkley Corporation.
Lorraine received a B.A. degree from Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, Iowa, and earned the Certified Property Casualty Underwriter designation. Lorraine is also a former member of CPCU chapters, the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies, and the National Association of Insurance Women in Omaha, Nebraska.
