Mary is a Managing Director at Centri Business Consulting in the firm’s Tax Advisory Practice. She joined Centri in March 2025.  She has more than 18 years of experience leading diverse teams and helping multi-national corporations with various tax matters including ASC 740 accounting for income taxes, federal and state tax compliance, acquisitions, dispositions, and a wide range of tax planning consulting services. She has worked with companies ranging in size from large, multibillion-dollar, publicly traded companies to emerging market/growth companies. Her clients include companies in a range of industries, including manufacturing, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, technology, communications, software, distribution, retail and more.

Prior to her time with Centri, Mary spent several years with two Big Four public accounting firms where she focused on providing tax consulting, tax compliance, controversy support, and ASC 740 services to companies of various sizes, from large Fortune 100 companies through emerging growth companies.

Mary received a B.S. in Accounting from Washington University in St. Louis and a M.S. in Taxation from Northeastern University.  She is a Certified Public Accountant.
