Megha Rathi is a Senior Accountant at Centri Business Consulting. She has more than 4 years of accounting and advisory experience. She joined Centri in June 2021 and assists clients across various industries with SEC financial reporting and technical accounting research.

Prior to her time with Centri, Megha was an Experienced Associate at PwC in the Audit Practice, primarily serving clients in the technology, media, and telecommunications industry. Megha has experience assisting clients with SEC filings, including reviewing 10-Qs, earnings releases, debt issuances, audited 10-Ks, and tested high-risk audit areas. Megha also has experience with understanding and documenting internal controls relevant to the financial reporting process.

Megha received a B.S. in Accounting and minor in Management from The College of New Jersey in 2019.
