Nate is a Senior Manager at Centri Business Consulting. He has over 10 years of experience in public accounting and consulting services. He joined Centri in November 2023 and assists both private and publicly traded clients across various industries, specializing in financial reporting and technical accounting issues.

Prior to his time with Centri, Nate worked in the assurance practices of CBIZ MHM and Crowe, leading financial statement audits under both AICPA and PCAOB audit standards across a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, alternative energy, technology, waste disposal, sports and entertainment, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals. During his time in assurance, Nate specialized in the audit of portfolio companies for private equity clients.

Nate received a B.A. degree from the University of Rochester, and his M.B.A. degree in Public Accountancy from Fordham University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of New York.
