Nicholas Serrao

Nicholas Serrao is a Manager at Centri Business Consulting. He has more than 7 years of experience in public accounting assisting companies across a variety of industries with their financial reporting and technical accounting needs. He joined Centri in August 2026 where he assists clients with their financial reporting, audit support, and technical accounting.

Prior to his time with Centri, Nicholas was a Supervisor at the CFO Squad where he assisted small-cap and micro-cap companies with their SEC filings and technical accounting. He also aided private companies with the public listing process. Nicholas started his career at EY; first as a staff Researcher within EY’s Professional Practice Group and after as a staff auditor of software and advertising companies.

Nicholas received a BS in Accounting with an Economics minor from Binghamton University in 2018 and a MS in Accounting from Binghamton University in 2019. Nicholas is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of New York.
