Nicole is the Audit Coordinator, Lloyd’s and Technology Manager at Altair.  She joined Altair in August 2017, accumulating nearly a decade of experience in the insurance auditing industry.  In her current role, she oversees the coordination and administration of Altair’s Lloyd’s audit programs, supporting engagements from initial scoping and quoting through scheduling, execution, reporting, and completion.

In addition to audit coordination, Nicole leads technology and process improvement initiatives designed to strengthen audit consistency, reporting, workflow management, and operational efficiency.  Her work includes developing and implementing standardized audit tools, improving internal reporting and data management, and identifying opportunities to automate traditionally manual processes.

Prior to joining Altair, Nicole held roles in operations, administration, and international logistics.  Her experience included coordinating complex workflows, managing documentation and time-sensitive processes, and supporting operational requirements across multiple parties and deadlines.  This background established a strong foundation in process management, organization, problem-solving, and continuous improvement that continues to inform her work today.
