Osmar McIntosch

Osmar is a Managing Director at Centri Business Consulting. He has more than 16 years of experience across financial reporting, technical accounting, and accounting advisory. He joined Centri in February 2026 and focuses on a broad range of complex accounting matters, including debt-versus-equity analysis, revenue recognition, business combination accounting, consolidations, and software capitalization, among other specialized topics. Osmar also guides clients through every stage of the IPO process, from readiness assessments and financial statement uplift to comprehensive SEC filing support. He works with companies across a wide array of industries, including life sciences, technology, financial services, consumer products, and oil and gas.

Before joining Centri, Osmar served as a Managing Director at BDO, where he acted as the liaison between the firm’s Accounting & Reporting Advisory Services and Transaction Advisory Services practices. In that role, he supported clients through various complex accounting matters including contract structuring to achieve favorable revenue outcomes, deal structuring, purchase accounting, consolidations, software capitalization, and EBITDA adjustments. Earlier in his career, Osmar held positions at Riveron and KPMG within their audit practice.

Osmar holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern California. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
