Pa Xiong

Pa is the Assistant Vice President and Chief Operations Officer at Altair.  She joined Altair in 2012, transitioning to Centri in 2026 as part of the firm’s acquisition.  She has more than 14 years of experience in managing underwriting and claim services provided on behalf of various clients across international and domestic markets in the insurance industry.

Pa manages the day-to-day Altair operations, which include overseeing the audit coordination and scheduling for all client markets.  She provides operational support to the office staff by offering guidance, input and approvals regarding all aspects of Altair services, including bookkeeping, quoting, invoicing, scheduling, auditor management, auditor assignments, performance oversight, client relations and final report presentations.
