Rikki is a Senior Director at Centri Business Consulting. He has more than 16 years of public and private accounting experience. He joined Centri in November 2020 and leads the firm’s quality and concurrence review program while serving as the firm’s subject matter expert for a broad range of technical accounting and financial reporting matters with an emphasis on complex financial instruments.

Prior to his time with Centri, Rikki served as Vice President, Finance & Accounting at Remine Inc., a property tech SaaS start-up located in Vienna, VA. In this position, he was responsible for directing all aspects of accounting operations, overseeing all transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll, and financial reporting. He also analyzed the company’s financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs, and compliance with budgets, provided strategic guidance around capital financing options to support company growth needs, managed all tax planning and compliance with all required federal, state, local, payroll, property and other applicable taxes and cash management and treasury functions of the company. During his time at Remine, Rikki led a Series A capital raise in the amount of $30.0 million.

Prior to his time at Remine, Rikki spent 10 years in public accounting, most recently as a Director in PwC’s Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services Practice. In this role, Rikki provided accounting advisory services to clients to help them understand the accounting and financial reporting consequences of complex and sophisticated financial structures employed in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing transactions. Further, Rikki became an SME regarding share-based compensation, business combination, and revenue recognition transactions. In addition, Rikki also helped clients access the debt and equity capital markets in the US by providing them with technical and project management advice on accounting and financial reporting issues associated with the SEC registration process, Initial Public Offerings, 144a debt and equity offerings, and divestitures and carve-outs.

He received his M.S. and B.S. in Accounting & Information Systems from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
