Sarah is the Learning and Development Director at Centri Business Consulting. She has more than 13 years of experience in public accounting, with 7 years focused on learning & development.  She joined Centri in October 2023 and oversees the firm’s learning and development curriculum covering technical and leadership skills. This includes the design, development, and facilitation of engaging, high-quality training programs in collaboration with technical subject matter experts.

Prior to her time with Centri, Sarah was a Director in the Professional Practice Group at BDO USA, P.C. In her role, she developed, designed, and implemented the audit and accounting training curriculum for all levels of assurance professionals at BDO, including the design and facilitation of training programs spanning from group live in-person, virtual live, and self-directed eLearning courses.  Her client service experience spans the manufacturing, distribution, and service industries, as well as not-for-profit organizations. Sarah has performed audit services for privately owned companies, including audits of employee benefit plans.

Sarah received a B.S. in Accounting and Economics from King’s College in 2009 and an M.B.A. in Finance and Strategic Management from Villanova University in 2015. Sarah is actively involved in the Greater Philadelphia chapter of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She previously served as a chapter officer on several committees and received the “2015 Young Leader: PICPA Member to Watch” recognition. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Sarah also spent time on the International Federation of Accountants’ (IFAC) International Accounting Education Standards Board (IAESB) as a Technical Advisor from 2017- 2019.
