Philadelphia Business Journal Spotlights Centri’s Next Phase of Strategic Growth and Expansion

In the article, Aiello outlined the firm’s Centri 2030 plan, which includes significant expansion in headcount, geographic reach, and service offerings. A key component of this strategy is a newly secured $20 million credit facility from Citizens Bank that will enable the firm to pursue acquisitions for the first time in its history.

Aiello shared that Centri plans to triple in size over the next several years, growing from just over 200 employees across nine offices today to approximately 600 professionals in 17 locations by 2030. As part of this growth, the firm anticipates doubling its Philadelphia headquarters workforce to more than 200 employees.
