Meet Our Leader

Michael is the CEO and Managing Partner of Centri Business Consulting and brings over 20 years of experience helping businesses navigate capital markets, transactions, and strategic growth.

Prior to Centri, Michael was the Corporate Controller for Capital Gold Corporation from 2007 until its sale in a $420 million deal in 2011. During this period, he oversaw continuous due diligence efforts, including managing the uplisting and bell-ringing on the New York Stock Exchange. He developed, implemented, and documented internal controls entity-wide and prepared quarterly and annual financial statements for SEC filings. Earlier in his career, Michael managed large public and private engagements as an Assurance Manager at BDO USA, LLP.

His vision has earned Centri the top spot on Accounting Today’s Fastest Growing Firm’s list and inclusion in the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Soaring 76 program. He’s also received several prestigious recognitions, such as being selected as one of Philadelphia Business Journal’s Most Admired CEOs and named Accounting Today’s Managing Partner Elite in 2022.
