Centri Announces Jaime Krug as Chief Quality Officer

Philadelphia, PA – September 30, 2020 – Centri Business Consulting, LLC is proud to announce Jaime Krug as its Chief Quality Officer (“CQO”) for the Firm effective August 1, 2020.  This role is in addition to Jaime’s current role of Partner and Service Line Leader of Technical Accounting Services. In this newly created role for Centri, Jaime is responsible for overseeing the strategic development, processes and initiatives related to training and growing a team of professionals both technically and qualitatively, while upholding Centri’s commitment to quality of services and client satisfaction.

The CQO role will focus on directing the efforts of all performance and training initiatives at Centri, ensuring that overall quality and compliance of regulatory accounting standards are met. Krug will have the primary responsibility of establishing and implementing the necessary infrastructure needed to grow the talent development of the firm to the next level and beyond.

Jaime joined Centri in June 2014. With nearly 14 years of experience in consulting and public accounting experience, she leads the firm’s Technical Accounting service line including its focus on emerging standards like ASC 606 Revenue Recognition and ASC 842 Leases, where she guides public and private companies through implementation of these new standards on both technical and operational matters.

Prior to her time with Centri, Jaime was an Assurance Manager with BDO USA, LLP where she managed several private and public engagements for clients in a variety of industries including long term care insurance, medical malpractice insurance, distribution, retail, radio, and technology and life sciences.  Her experience includes both publicly and privately held companies with domestic and international operations, including audits of internal controls over financial reporting. While at BDO, Jaime instructed several internal courses for local offices in the greater Philadelphia area and at BDO national milestone trainings which included updates to accounting and auditing guidance.

Jaime has a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration from West Chester University in 2006 and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  In connection with her active participation in PICPA events and formerly with the Emerging CPAs Committee, Jaime received the PICPA “Young Leaders” Award in 2013.
