Centri Announces New Practice Leaders

Philadelphia, PA – February 28, 2022 – Centri Business Consulting, LLC is thrilled to announce the appointment of 4 individuals to the role of Practice Leader for key service and industry practices of the firm. These appointments include Michael Andrusko, Digital Assets Practice Leader & Managing Director; Tori Jancovic, Accounting and Audit Support Practice Leader & Managing Director; Derek Kearns, SPAC Practice Leader & Managing Director and Kevin McLaughlin, Cannabis Practice Leader & Managing Director. Their strong leadership capabilities and extensive industry knowledge are a perfect fit for leading these practices and continuing the immense growth that the firm has experienced consecutively over the last few years.

Michael Andrusko has been appointed as the firm’s Digital Assets Practice Leader. Since joining the firm in 2016, Michael has developed strong areas of expertise and is a driving force for the continued growth of the firm’s Digital Assets Practice. He has helped Centri’s clients in a variety of ways to fulfill the unique needs of this growing industry.

Tori Jancovic has been appointed as the firm’s Accounting & Audit Support Practice Leader. Since joining the firm in 2016, Tori’s technical abilities and exceptional leadership have guided the firm’s growth in this area. She continues to provide Centri’s clients with unparalleled service and expertise with their accounting & audit support needs.

Derek Kearns has been appointed as the firm’s SPAC Practice Leader. Since joining the firm in 2020, Derek quickly became a key contributor to the tremendous growth of the SPAC practice. Derek’s expertise has helped clients successfully navigate the complexities of the SPAC process, from planning to formation and beyond.

Kevin McLaughlin has been appointed as the firm’s Cannabis Practice Leader. Since joining Centri in 2014, Kevin has been a tremendous asset to the firm’s growing Cannabis service offerings and has proven to be a steadfast resource for Centri’s clients and team. His expertise in the Cannabis space has helped clients with their complex reporting and compliance needs.

Each of these newly appointed Practice Leaders have made significant contributions to the overall growth of Centri in 2022, some of which included more than doubling their size in revenue and people in their respective practices.
