The Virtual Fall Summit will convene over 500 attendees from around the globe, 75 issuers, and 30 buy-side speakers. There will be three nights of entertainment and networking via virtual lounges, as well as a stock pitch competition covering significant opportunities in the market. Each day, attendees will listen to Issuer presentations and attend 1-on-1 meetings and panels. The Virtual Fall Summit is the largest independent investor conference on the East Coast.
Centri will be participating in the “Risk Advisory: SEC Expectations of Small Reporting Companies/Non-Accelerated Filers” panel, moderated by Centri Partner, Christopher Mora and including Centri Director Mihir Jhaveri as a Panelist. The Risk Advisory Panel will be live streamed on Tuesday, November 17th at 12:30 pm ET.
