Centri Welcomes Matt Riviello as Partner

Philadelphia, PA – November 3, 2026 – Centri Business Consulting, one of the industry’s fastest-growing and most respected accounting and advisory firms, is pleased to welcome Matt Riviello as a Partner. With more than 30 years of audit, accounting and advisory experience, including a strong focus on the Life Sciences industry, Riviello brings a strong track record of advising companies on complex accounting and SEC reporting matters and guiding them through significant capital markets transactions.

Riviello advises boards of directors, CEOs, CFOs, private equity sponsors and executive teams on financial reporting, SEC compliance, governance and capital transactions, including IPOs, acquisitions and financings. He has served public and private companies across diverse industries and at every stage of growth, from venture-backed and emerging growth businesses to private equity-backed and multinational organizations. Through his extensive work in the Life Sciences industry, he has developed particular expertise in complex revenue recognition, SEC and financial reporting.

Prior to joining Centri, Riviello was an Audit Principal at BDO USA for nine years and previously spent more than two decades at Deloitte in Philadelphia, including 10 years as an Audit Partner. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Saint Joseph’s University, where he serves on the Accounting Advisory Board. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New Jersey, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and holds a certification in International Financial Reporting Standards.
