Centri Welcomes Osmar McIntosch as Managing Director

Dallas, Texas – June 16, 2026 – Centri Business Consulting, one of the industry’s fastest-growing and most respected accounting and advisory firms, is pleased to announce that Osmar McIntosch has joined the firm as Managing Director. His appointment coincides with Centri’s entrance into the Dallas market as the firm continues its rapid nationwide growth.

McIntosch brings more than 16 years of experience in financial reporting, technical accounting, and accounting advisory services, including work with clients across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. He will advise clients on a broad range of complex accounting matters and guide companies across several industries, including financial services, technology, life sciences, consumer products, and oil and gas, through every stage of the IPO process, from readiness assessments to comprehensive SEC filing support.

Centri’s entrance into the Dallas market reflects the firm’s continued growth as its footprint now spans across Philadelphia, New York City, Boston, Raleigh, Tysons Corner, Denver, Tampa, and Atlanta. Emerging as a hub for the financial services, healthcare, technology, and oil and gas industries, Dallas is one of the country’s most dynamic business environments and a natural next step in Centri’s national expansion.

Prior to joining Centri, McIntosch served as a Managing Director at BDO, where he acted as the liaison between the firm’s Accounting & Reporting Advisory Services and Transaction Advisory Services practices. In that role, he supported clients through contract and deal structuring, purchase accounting, consolidations, software capitalization, and EBITDA adjustments. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions at KPMG within its audit practice.

McIntosch holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern California. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
