Centri’s Mihir Jhaveri Promoted to Partner

Philadelphia, PA – November 14^th, 2023 – Centri Business Consulting, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Mihir Jhaveri to Partner, effective October 1, 2023. Mihir joined Centri in October 2018 and currently leads the firm’s Risk and Sustainability Practice, focusing on SOX Compliance, Internal Audits, Risk Assessments, and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG). He has over 20 years of experience helping large Fortune 500 publicly traded and private companies drive implementation of SOX and Internal Audit programs, minimize company risks, and enhance corporate governance.

Prior to his time with Centri, Mihir worked at multiple large organizations, including Vanguard, Qualcomm, and L Brands, as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to share insights and best practices in establishing SOX and Internal Audit programs. He also spent 2 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in the Risk Assurance practice in 2004 when SOX compliance became required for publicly traded companies.

Mihir obtained a Master of Science degree in Accounting and his Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Bentley College. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Ohio.
