Paula is a Senior Brand Manager at Centri Business Consulting. She has over 8 years of Marketing and Communications experience. She joined Centri in January 2017 and is responsible for coordinating marketing activities within the firm, including email marketing and social media campaigns, website management, conferences and events, and content creation. She analyzes marketing data, such as campaign results and traffic, to help shape future marketing strategies. Paula is also responsible for Centri’s brand vision and presence and manages the creation of various marketing collateral for the firm.

Prior to her time with Centri, Paula was an Administrative Assistant for Hamilton Lane Advisors in Bala Cynwyd, PA. There, she supported the Client Relationship Management team and was the main point of contact for the second corporate office location, which opened in 2014. Her many responsibilities included heavy calendaring, booking travel, coordinating annual meetings, creating and designing firm collateral, and handling communications with various clients and team members.

Prior to Hamilton Lane, Paula was the Administrative and Marketing Assistant at Akoi Spa, where she successfully assisted with the startup and grand opening in March 2014. At Akoi, Paula led promotion and business development efforts through networking and advertising on social media. She was responsible for maintaining Akoi’s social media pages by composing material for their services and special events. She drafted content for external email communications and regularly updated social media platforms.

Paula received her B.S. in Communication Studies from Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ, in 2012.
