Centri Welcomes Joseph Notaro as Partner

Philadelphia, PA – October 26, 2021 – Centri Business Consulting, LLC is excited to announce the addition of a new Partner, Joseph M. Notaro, to the firm. Joe has over 14 years of consulting and public accounting experience. Throughout his career, Joe has worked with public and private companies of all sizes in a variety of industries, including pharmaceutical and life sciences, medical devices, technology, healthcare, retail, and software.

Joe has extensive experience supporting companies preparing for their initial public offering, working with his client’s external auditors and lawyers to ensure a timely filing. Joe has also assisted his clients in complex technical accounting topics, and he has extensive experience with SEC filings and financial reporting.  Joe’s experience also includes assisting Life Science Companies with their first commercial product launch, analyzing, and documenting the revenue recognition implications and building processes and procedures to support the month and quarter-end close.

Prior to his role with Centri, Joe was a Managing Director at an accounting advisory firm specializing in Life Sciences, based in their New York City office.  Joe began his career at PwC, spending eleven years progressing through the firm to Senior Manager, working in both the company’s Rochester, New York, and Florham Park, New Jersey offices.

Joe received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting, graduating summa cum laude, from St. John Fisher College, New York. He is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State and New Jersey. Joe is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA).
