Centri’s Mike Andrusko Promoted to Partner

Philadelphia, PA – October 10th, 2023 – Centri Business Consulting, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Mike Andrusko to Partner effective October 1, 2023. Mike joined Centri in September 2016 and currently leads the firm’s Digital Assets Practice. He has over ten years of experience in various transactions, filings, and IPO readiness. He supports clients in the digital assets space with their financial reporting requirements and pre-audit support preparation.

Prior to his time with Centri, Mike was a Senior Associate at PwC, where he worked on several private and public engagements for clients in a variety of industries, including healthcare, higher education, and technology.

Mike obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Vermont in 2011 and 2012, respectively. He is a member of the Bitwave Partner Advisory Council, Digits Advisory Board member, and is a member of the PACT FinTech Advisory Board.
