Centri Taps Mihir Jhaveri to Lead Environmental, Social, and Governance Advisory Practice

Philadelphia, PA – March 7, 2023 – Centri Business Consulting, LLC, one of the industry’s fastest-growing and most respected accounting and advisory firms, is excited to announce it has appointed Managing Director Mihir Jhaveri, CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE, CITP, CGMA, to lead its new Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Advisory practice.

Since 2018, Mihir has been a leader within the firm’s Risk Advisory practice, providing a wide range of experience in managing internal audits and advisory projects including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404 Compliance, financial, operational, IT control reviews across multiple industries including life sciences, technology, telecom, fashion, manufacturing, and healthcare. Prior to Centri, Mihir spent time at both PwC and other Fortune 500 companies, gaining significant experience in managing internal audits, SOX compliance, IT audits and effectively managing risks and driving positive outcomes.
